Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines the permitted use cases for the platform and the actions prohibited to the user.
1. General principle. Spoof Expert services may be used only for lawful purposes and without infringing the rights of third parties, the platform's terms, or the requirements of applicable law.
2. Strictly prohibited:
- spam, phishing, deceptive mass mailings, social engineering;
- threats, blackmail, extortion, harassment, publication of malicious content;
- fraud, money laundering, schemes to circumvent payment restrictions and anti-fraud controls;
- sale, promotion, or facilitation of illegal goods and services;
- use of personal data without a lawful basis and the consent of the data subject;
- attempts at unauthorized access, scanning, hacking, DDoS, and other attacks on the infrastructure;
- circumvention of limits, blocks, moderation, filters, and other protective mechanisms of the platform;
- use of the service to violate sanctions and export restrictions, where applicable.
3. Rules for specific services.
- Email service: outgoing messages may undergo manual and/or automated moderation before sending; delivery may be rejected for compliance reasons.
- Proxies and SMS activations: must not be used for hijacking others' accounts, bypassing anti-bot systems, or other unlawful actions.
- Anti-fraud reports and checks: must not be used for unlawful profiling, discrimination, harassment, or causing harm to third parties.
4. Financial terms for moderation and checks. A pre-authorization charge applies to certain operations. If a service includes a manual review (for example, an outgoing message), the fee is charged for the review and may be non-refundable if execution is declined.
5. Indicators of violations. The platform may take into account anomalous activity: a sharp increase in the volume of operations, recurring complaints, attempts to circumvent filters, and suspicious behavioral patterns.
6. Response measures. In the event of violations or a high risk of abuse, the platform may issue a warning, restrict individual features, freeze operations, or fully block the account without prior notice.
7. Logs and interaction with government authorities. An audit log is maintained for security and investigation purposes. Upon a lawful request, relevant information may be provided to competent government authorities.
8. User responsibility. The user bears full responsibility for the content, purposes, and legal consequences of their actions. Violation of these rules may entail restriction of access and other measures provided for by law.
9. Changes to the rules. The platform may update this document. A new version takes effect upon publication on the website, unless a different date is expressly indicated.
