Email service rules
This document defines service usage, plan limits, outgoing moderation rules, and security measures.
1. Service purpose. The email service is primarily intended for easy mailbox creation and incoming email handling. Outgoing sending is a controlled function with increased security requirements.
2. Domain types. The service uses: Shared (platform domain, available in the base plan), Private (assigned to one user, available in Pro), and Attached (user-owned domain connected via DNS, available in Expert).
3. Plans and limits. Limits for mailbox count, available domain types, review costs, and additional services depend on the active plan and are shown in the interface.
4. Outgoing sending rules. Emails are not sent directly to recipients. Outgoing emails may go through automated and/or manual review before delivery.
5. Outgoing review cost. Outgoing email review is a paid operation. The price depends on the plan and is shown in the interface.
6. Non-refundable review fee. The fee is charged for moderation review, not guaranteed delivery. If an email is rejected, the fee may be non-refundable.
7. Prohibited content. Spam, phishing, threats, blackmail, fraud, illegal goods/services promotion, and violence advocacy are prohibited.
8. Blocks and restrictions. In case of violations, the platform may restrict outgoing sending, block specific mailboxes/domains, or fully restrict account access.
9. Logs and security. The service keeps logs of actions and moderation decisions. Relevant data may be provided to competent authorities when legally required.
10. User responsibility. The user is fully responsible for outgoing email content, mailbox usage goals, and legal compliance.
11. Rules updates. The platform may update these rules. The latest published version applies unless otherwise stated.
